AUTHENTICATION
How do you authenticate every piece?
Every piece passes our 3-point process — two independent senior authenticators inspect it by hand, then Entrupy AI verifies the leather, hardware, and stitching at microscopic level. For pieces over CAD $5,000, we also require provenance documentation. Full details on our authentication page.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Where do you ship?
We ship from Edmonton, Alberta to North America (Canada & USA), Greater China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China), Singapore, Australia, Japan, Korea, UK, and EU. Each piece is insured for full retail value during transit. Delivery typically 3–7 business days within North America, 7–14 days international.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Do you offer home delivery in Edmonton or Calgary?
Yes — free in-home delivery available across the Edmonton and Calgary metro areas. We hand-deliver in unmarked packaging at a time you choose, and you can inspect the piece in person before keeping it. Email us at order to arrange.
RETURNS
What's your return policy?
7-day inspection period from the moment you receive your piece. If anything is not as described — condition, dimensions, hardware, anything — you can return for a full refund. No restocking fee. No questions.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. For pieces over CAD $10,000 we also accept wire transfer and offer 0% installment plans through Affirm.
SELLING
How do I sell my piece to Archive Authlux?
Send us 4–6 photos via email or WhatsApp. We reply within 24 hours with a written quote — you choose between immediate buyout (50–70% of resale value) or consignment (70–85%). Edmonton & Calgary clients can request free in-home pickup. Full process on Sell to Us.
CUSTOM REQUESTS
Can you find a specific piece I'm looking for?
Yes. Tell us what you're hunting for — model, color, size, hardware, year, budget tolerance. We reach out to our network of collectors and dealers. Most pieces surface within 2–6 weeks. Send a brief here.
IN PERSON
Can I see pieces in person?
Edmonton and Calgary clients can book a private viewing or free in-home delivery by appointment. We'll bring the pieces you're interested in to a quiet space (no foot traffic, no pressure).
