Where we ship from

Every Archive Authlux piece is dispatched from our atelier in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Each parcel ships fully insured for its declared value and travels in discreet, unbranded packaging — no "luxury" labels visible on the box.

Where we ship to

  • Canada — all provinces and territories. Free standard shipping on orders over CAD $500.
  • United States — flat USD $35 Express. Delivered in 3–5 business days.
  • Greater China — Hong Kong, Taiwan, mainland China. Express delivery in 5–9 business days. Shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Asia-Pacific — Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia. 5–10 business days. Shipping calculated at checkout.
  • United Kingdom & European Union — 7–14 business days, DDP (duties and taxes paid by us). Shipping calculated at checkout.

For destinations not listed, please email us before purchasing — we can usually accommodate.

Edmonton & Calgary — free in-home delivery

If you live in the Edmonton or Calgary metro area, we offer complimentary white-glove home delivery at a time you choose. We hand-deliver your piece in unmarked packaging, and you may inspect it in person before accepting — change of mind at the door, and we take it back, no charge.

To arrange, simply select "Local delivery — Edmonton / Calgary" at checkout, or email us with your address.

Processing time

Most pieces ship within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. If a piece is undergoing final authentication or condition photography at the time of purchase, we will email you with an updated dispatch date — typically no more than 3–5 business days.

  • Canada (Canada Post Xpresspost): 2–5 business days
  • United States (FedEx / UPS Express): 3–5 business days
  • Greater China (DHL / SF Express): 5–9 business days
  • Asia-Pacific — Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia (DHL Express): 5–10 business days
  • UK / EU (DHL Express, DDP): 7–14 business days

Insurance

Every shipment is fully insured for its full sold value by our carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we initiate the insurance claim and provide a full refund or replacement (where the same or equivalent piece is available) within 7 business days.

Duties, taxes & customs

For international orders to the UK, EU, and selected Asia-Pacific destinations, all duties and taxes are paid by us (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). No surprise customs invoice at your door.

For other international destinations, the recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees per local regulation. We are unable to mark parcels as "gift" or undervalue them — pieces are insured for their actual value.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of your parcel leaving our atelier. Tracking updates in real time via the carrier's portal. If your parcel appears stalled for more than 48 hours, please email us — we monitor every shipment and will chase the carrier on your behalf.

Delivery requiring signature

All international shipments and Canadian shipments over CAD $1,000 require a signature on delivery. If you will not be home, please use a workplace address or arrange pickup with the carrier.

Packaging

Pieces ship in:

  1. Original brand packaging (where included with the piece — dust bag, box, ribbon)
  2. Acid-free tissue wrapping
  3. Branded Archive Authlux outer box or padded envelope
  4. Unmarked plain shipping carton (no luxury branding visible from outside)

Authentication certificate, condition report, and order receipt enclosed in every parcel.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch within 1–2 business days, and address changes after dispatch incur a re-routing fee charged by the carrier. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus the original outbound shipping cost.
